I just got a BV70 for one of the littles. I can't really tell if dd2 fits in the bv or not? Ds is 13.5 months, 29.75", 19.2#s. Dd is 3y7.5m, 37.5", 28.5#s, Anyway, here are pics:

BV70 seems to have the least legroom of the 3, at least installed in my vehicle. it'll work fine for what I need it for though. When dd outgrows her ma rfing, she'll ff in the bv and baby will rf in the ma. At some point, dd2 will get dd1's frontier and dd1 will go in a booster. Then baby will have both the ma and bv, I'll use whichever fits better at that time, if he's ffing, he'll use the bv for sure.

I like the seat fine. The recline feels different, but I didn't think it was awful - more rubbery than hard plastic, that's all. I did need a towel to get enough recline in my van.

eta - apparently photobucket only wants to resize some of my pics - sorry

I think it's borderline - too close to put her in it, though I'd rather her in it being outboard...she'd love to have the new seat, too. lol

When you measure, be sure you are measuring perpendicular to the back of the seat shell and not at an angle. A straight on frontal camera shot is best if you can get it. Check the photos in our review ( http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=135236 ) and the diagram in the manual for comparison. Those photos are a good example of kids that look beyond the limit from the side, but within the limit when measured correctly and perpendicular from the front.

It does look like she's getting very close from the side but it's hard to tell from that angle.

I think I like it, love the SIP. I want to play with it ffing with dd2 before I decide for sure if I'm going to keep it :) Baby will be going to bed soon, so I'll have time.
