Seat recs for child and infant in an Echo

A family I work for wanted to know my recommendations for new seats for them to buy. Currently T is almost 4, (late sept) and weighs approx 35lbs. She is riding FF in an AOE outboard of mom's 2000 Echo.
Baby F is 3 months, but he's pretty big at 17lbs. He's in a SS1 outboard, RF obviously.

I let her try my radian and she loved it for T. She's thinking ahead and wanted to get 2 for both kids. She's not interested in RF T.

My questions:
1. Will a radian fit RF in the center of the echo? (we tried it but I didn't have the boot, so we don't know for sure)
2. If she puts a Radian RF center, then what combination seat would fit next to it in the Echo? (specifically GN, Maestro...etc)

I just feel like she doesn't need to buy another convertible if she's not even using the RF feature. She's discouraged since she has a small car and is worried nothing else will fit.

Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks

It depends on how far back the front seats need to be. I did a rf'ing radian in my friend's husbands echo when their van got wrecked. It fit, but I had to push it a little off center because her husband's seat was farther back than hers. On the side with less space we fit a ff'ing radian. On the side with more space we fit a scenera *barely*. So as far as higher weight seats go, I think your only option will be a ff'ing radian. The nautilus and frontier would just be too wide.

All that said, I would steer her from the rf'ing radian. See about getting something that will fit outboard rf'ing so that she has more options for the older child.
