I bought a Regent for my son because he would not sit back in his booster. He used it for aout 4 -5 months. My son is now riding in booster full time so the Regent is not needed. Well, I bought an extra girly cover for the Regent thinking I would use it for my daughter but... I am buying a Radian and will buy a Recaro ProRide is about 4-5 months as an extra seat. My daughter will be 4 in Dec. Do you think I should hold on to the Regent for my daughter? I am not sure she will need it with the carseats she will have. It is such a great seat to have but alas it is just sitting in the closet. So what is your opinion?

The prosport (you meant prosport, right??) top slots and weight limit are very close such that you probably won't need it, no. Unless you'll need it for a different vehicle?

I agree with this. I've owned both seats and I think the Prosport is easier to install and not quite as cumbersome as the Regent. If you think you're going to get one, I see no need to keep the Regent.
