When did your kid outgrow a Turbo (highback)?

My daughter grew out of the back of her turbo booster last month. So she was 7y7m. She's super tall though, so I didn't expect her to really last too long with the back

My DD stopped using hers shortly after her 8th b-day, but she wasn't too tall for the back yet(close though), just seriously lacking in leg support. She was 4'6" or 4'7", my kids are tall, have mega long legs and shortish torsos though.

6.5 years. She is tall and all torso. It really didn't havemuch room to grow once she was out of the Regent. She is slowing down, finally, so the Monterey may last a bit longer

Very tall niece (she is now 8 and 54") outgrew it at 6.5. My son is 6, average, and has at least another couple years.

Thanks! My 8yo/50" child has an inch or a little less of room, but she says she feels too squished in it.

Squished horizontally or vertically? For my niece it was more the horizontal squish. She had almost outgrown it by height at 6.5, but in terms of physically fitting into it width-wise, it just wasn't working anymore. She's always been a big kid, though. The cosco booster we got her next was wider and worked better.

Both, but more horizontally, I think. As a tech, I consider the fit acceptable. As a mom, I can understand why she's complaining. The Turbo is our third booster and she's 8.5, so I'll probably let her go backless if she needs to use it.

Z is 6 years 10 months and is only on third from bottom.
