WWYD Booster vs Harness

Ok, So I got my son a Fr85 at the beginning of the summer and he has been harnessed in it since then. He really wants to use it as a booster seat though. I think he feels more grown up, and none of his friends are still harnessed. He is 5 yrs 5 months, 45 inches tall, and 42 lbs. He sits perfectly in his turbo, but that is going in the car of the person who picks him up from school. Would you, given his stats, convert the fr85 to a booster or keep him harnessed?

TIA

I don't know. If the issue is peer pressure or wanting to fit in remind him that when he is picked up from school, where most of his peers are, he will be in a booster. It would annoy me, personally, to buy a seat as expensive as the Frontier and then not use the harness for very long. But that's not a safety issue...
