Lan Enterprises Recalls Zooper Tango Double Strollers Due to Collapse Hazard. Sold at: Juvenile product and mass merchandise retailers nationwide and at www.babiesrus.com from January 2007 through August 2008 for between $400 and $430.

White Tiger Outdoor Folding Chairs Recalled Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Kroger, Fred Meyer, Ralph's, Fry's, Smith's, Dillon's, Gerbes, City Market, and Baker's stores nationwide from February 2009 through December 2009 individually for about $50 and as part of the set that sold for about $130.

Powertec Recalls to Repair Leverage Gyms Due to Injury Hazard. Sold by: Fitness equipment dealers nationwide and online at www.powertecfitness.com from October 2009 through February 2010 for about $850.

THHN Electrical Wire Recalled by Cerro Wire due to Fire Hazard. While the actual electrical wire has “14 gauge” printed on it, the packaging incorrectly labels the electrical wire as 12 gauge. If used as a 12 gauge wire, it can overload, posing a fire hazard to consumers. Sold at: Home Depot & Menards stores in the following states: Colo., Iowa, Idaho, Ill., Ind., Kan., Ky., Mich., Minn., Mo., Mont., N.D., Neb., Ohio, Ore., Pa., S.D., Utah, Wash., Wis., Wyo. from December 2009 through April 2010. The 50-foot wire spools were sold for $9 and the 100-foot spools for about $16.

Brigade Hickory Handle Sledge Hammers Recalled by White Cap Construction Supply Due to Risk of Injury. Sold at: White Cap Construction Supply distributors nationwide from April 2009 through May 2010 for between $12 and $47.

ON SOME BRP, ETEC 40-90 OUTBOARD BOAT MOTORS, CLAMPS ON SPECIFIC HOSES TO THE VAPOR SEPARATOR MAY NOT BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THE OUTBOARD MAY EXPERIENCE A FUEL LEAK WITH A POTENTIAL FOR FIRE OR EXPLOSION. IF THIS HAPPENS, IT COULD LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURIES.

New York State Agriculture Commissioner Patrick Hooker today warned consumers in the Queens County, New York area not to consume certain "Queso Cotija Cheese" made by Mexicali Cheese Corp, 91-52 87th Street, Woodhaven, New York 11421 due to possible Staphylococcus aureus contamination. The product was distributed in Queens.

As a precautionary measure, Montalvan’s Sales, Inc. of Ontario, CA has voluntarily recalled “La Nuestra” brand frozen mamey pulp due to a potential health risk from Salmonella Typhi. The recalled “La Nuestra” brand mamey pulp was distributed in the states of AZ, CA, NV, OR and UT through retail stores.

J & H Besta Corp. of Hicksville, NY, has been informed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that FDA lab analysis of Slim-30 Herb Supplement Lot 6032101 distributed by the company was found to contain undeclared Desmethyl Sibutramine, similar in structure to Sibutramine. Sibutramine is an FDA-approved drug used as an appetite suppressant for weight loss. The product was sold to distributors and retail stores nationwide and via internet sales.

Glow Industries, Inc., Perrysburg, OH, announced today that it is initiating a voluntary nationwide recall of the company's product sold under the name of Mr. Magic Male Enhancer from Don Wands. Glow Industries, Inc. is conducting this voluntary recall after being informed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that lab analysis has found the Mr. Magic Male Enhancer from Don Wands capsules to contain Hydroxythiohomosildenafil and Sulfoaildenafil, an analogue of Sildenafil, an FDA-approved drug used in the treatment of male Erectile Dysfunction (ED), making Mr. Magic Male Enhancer an unapproved new drug.

Merrick Pet Care, Inc. of Amarillo, Texas is recalling all lots of its 10 oz "Beef Filet Squares" for Dogs and "Texas Hold'ems" pet treats because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The "Beef Filet Squares" & "Texas Hold'ems" were shipped to distributors and retailers throughout the US.

Wright County Egg of Galt, Iowa is expanding its voluntary recall (original recall date: August 13, 2010) of specific Julian dates of shell eggs produced by their farms because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Eggs are packaged under the following brand names: Albertsons, Farm Fresh, James Farms, Glenview, Mountain Dairy, Ralphs, Boomsma, Lund, Kemps and Pacific Coast.

Hillandale Farms of Iowa is voluntarily recalling shell eggs because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Eggs are distributed under the following brand names: Hillandale Farms, Sunny Farms, and Sunny Meadow in 6-egg cartons, dozen-egg cartons, 18-egg cartons, 30-egg package, and 5-dozen cases. Loose eggs are packaged under the following brand names: Wholesome Farms and West Creek in 15 and 30-dozen tray packs. The loose eggs may also be repackaged by customers. Eggs affected by this recall were distributed to grocery distribution centers, retail grocery stores and foodservice companies which service or are located in fourteen states, including the following: Arkansas, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Country Eggs, Inc. is voluntary recalling specific Julian dates of shell eggs produced by Wright County Egg of Galt, Iowa because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Eggs affected by the recall were distributed to food wholesalers, distribution centers and foodservice companies in California, Arizona and Nevada. Eggs were packaged under the Country Eggs, Inc brand name in 15 dozen bulk pack with the identifying plant code of P 1946 and P 1026
