What someone told me today

OK well i was talking to someone in my class today before class and i was talking about cars and i told her that i just moved my seats around. She said she never uses car seats. Above 3 they are in just belts. When she does use a seat it is the shield boosters and sometimes has 5 kids in her van and it is a handicap van so only 3 seats in the back. She tells the kids to double up and one sits int he front with a booster the kids are 4 and 5 I was getting so frustrated. I tried to tell her a little but she did not want to hear it.

That is what i was thinking. I even told her i can get her some High back boosters and she was like i have some. I really didnt know what to say. And none of the kids are hers. They are like brothers and friends kids. their parents know that they ride like that and do not care... AHHHHHH
