Monterey Sides

Do I remember a discussion around here about SK replacing a Monterey because the sides didn't stay in the position they were left in? My Monterey keeps opening up. :thumbsdown: Is it worth contacting SK? (I've had the seat about a year now, and it was a year old when I got it.)

I had this problem with mine after about 3 months of use. I e-mailed sk about it, and they did replace only the seat back for me. I don't know if it was worth it since the new does the same thing

I have the same issue and called sk about it. They're sending me a new back. I made a post and others have experienced the same thing even with the replacement backs. I say call them anyway. If enough people call hopefully they'll redesign it somehow. Of course that could just be wishful thinking.
