I love this charity. they do great work. I just WISH they wouldn't have shown a bunch of 3-4 year olds riding in a 10 passenger van without boosters! They do have seatbelts on... but half of them have the belt going across their face... clearly they are too little!

rant over. Just annoying that a charity affiliated with keeping kids healthy would do that...

Aside from the mis-use...Have you noticed the fine print at the bottom of the screen?

1 CENT from each Happy Meal goes to the charity. 1 whole penny.

I'm underwhelmed.

I get irritated every time I see that commercial. Even my four-year-old has pointed out that the kids are not in car seats.

And 1 cent? Seriously?

I cringe when I see that commercial too! And yeah a whole penny?!?!?!?! Though with the amount of happy meals eaten I guess it could really add up, but you'd think they could at least do a nickle!

I'd rather stay home & eat a PB&J and just send the Ronald McDonald house my $24 it would cost me to eat their less-than wonderful food.

lol! Good point.

I saw the commercial and wished they would have at least put the kids in boosters. I mean, how hard is it to grab a couple of backless TBs or something????? I'm not looking for perfect but the bare minimum would be nice!
