Only you guys would understand how big of a deal this is for me. We took DD3 on an 8 hour trip this past weekend. We wound up with only 1 kid and 1 dog so we decided to drive DH's Civic coupe. This car was not bought with car seats in mind. DD3's RF Radian will only fit with the passenger seat ALL the way forward. There's no way I'm riding 3 inches from the airbag. She's too heavy to use our Marathon RF. She's 3yr 4 mo.
She loved riding in her cow seat again. Her first reaction: "OOOOOO this car goes really fast" She's such a daredevil and so opposite from her sisters. DD2 was scared her first time FF and she kept telling me to watch out for everything.
Instead of sitting with her feet down, she put them on the front seat. She kept her legs in the same position as they are for RF. So much for RF kids being uncomfortable
