Help! Removing Radian cover

I am trying to remove the cover on our Radian. DD peed in it and I need to clean it, but I can not get the cover off. I have everything undone but the 2 bottom outside snap things. They look like a snap but are not unsnapping. I am afraid to pull too hard and break the snap. How do I get this cover off?

Also what is the best way to get urine out of the cover?

Take the splitter plate from the harness adjuster and loop it under the peg and pull. It will be tough and take effort but it will come out. Do not put it under the fabric though, it may tear!

I used a butter knife... just pry it gently!

:yeahthat: to both the PPs. It's not a snap, but a peg. It can be very difficult to pull out. I used to use a fork (I'd have the post of the peg between the fork tines.)
