My cousin is having a baby this month. She currently has a Chicco infant seat. She will be moving to Korea later this year when her husband is stationed over there. Can she use American seats in Korea? Thanks.

I believe as military, if they live on base, they're allowed to legally use US seats.
Though Britax looks to have some neat Korean seats, though they only go to 18kg.

Since she is military she can certainly use her own US seat, but since she's not moving until later in the year you might recommend to hear that she buy a convertible to take with her instead of taking her infant seat. Otherwise her infant seat might be outgrown and she might have a hard time getting another seat for extended rear facing, if that's what she wants to do. Although sometimes it seems the military can get good deals and/or free shipping overseas so maybe she wouldn't have a problem.
