This is really driving me crazy. My sil is using a very old expired kolcraft car seat she bought at a consignment shop for her grandson. I've already told her about car seats expiring and that she should get a new one. She shows up today and I noticed she's still using the seat. The grandson isn't with her. He'll be 2 in September and is apprx 25-30lbs. No chance of rf and I highly doubt he'll make it to 4 before mom puts him in a booster. 
She's going to be back here in about half an hour. Should I say something again? I could give her our fpsvd. It expires in 2 years.
