Apparently, it will have a few changes -

The 2011 City Mini will include a PE board, giving the back of the seat more support. The 2011 City Mini will also include what we are calling an’ Upright Strap’. The Upright Strap will pull the back of the seat forward, allowing children to sit more upright in the seat.

Is it just me or do these changes seem not worth the $10 price increase? I mean they ARE problems, but i can easily fix these myself....

But i am intrigued to see the "upright strap".... i bought a Mac simply because my smallest guy has horrid slumping in the micro

It's so funny you say that, because I thought about that and maybe I should sell my 2010 and get a 2011, and then I realized (with some prompting), I think I can fashion my own "upright strap" - I don't think they really are doing anything except adding the PE board (which is $10-12). If you add some velcro, you can get the seat to sit a little more upright. But I do want to see this "upright strap" I have a feeling, it's going to be something on the sides that just cinches the fabric together to push the seat a little further up if that makes sense...
