Vehicle belt is interfering with Scenera crotch buckle

It was horrible on the 3rd position so I moved it to the middle and it's still over the edge of the crotch stap a bit. I noticed when I was trying Kaleigh in it earlier, but figured that moving it to the 2nd position would fix it. It helped, but it's not completely free.

Seriously? :hitselfonhead:

Is it ok if it's just a little bit or will this seat not work either?

Which way is front? It should be on the red button side. I'm pretty sure it is normal to be slightly on top of the crotch strap and that is okay.

Yes, this is where it is.

I'll check the manual when I leave again today. Dh is taking them to school so no one will be riding in it.

Also check if that third position is allowed rfing. There's a little voice in the back of my head that thinks it's not.

I moved it back to the 2nd. I was really just checking size and hadn't read the manual yet. But even at the second, it's still slightly interfering.

I know this is true for the avenue, but I'm pretty sure that I checked my scenera manual and there was no such limitation. (Perhaps it was a new rule after mine was made?)

It's not mentioned in the most recent (2009) manufacturers' instructions summary CD, either.

i have a 2008 and an early 2010 scenera and i have scoured the manual for both because i read that on here, neither of my manuals mentions it either. i would love to see the documentation on this because i'm afraid to use it RF now and i think my son would like it better that way
