lol thanks, we got home, took a long time of me waiting on the side of the road with the kids but we made it out alive thanks to the kindness of strangers, we broke down in front of the fire house basically so the fire fighters babysat my car seats while I got food for the kids, and gave us water, gave the kids stickers and offered me a safe place to install the car seats for if someone came to give us a ride, and let us use the bathroom, then someone from the tow truck company came to offer us a ride to the office with some AC.. the guy even tried to help me install the seats (well just helped me get the female into the male part and waited perfectly patiantly while I installed the my ride and nautilus in the older car with no latch or tethers... which was fine honestly.. the tetherless nauti was safer than most options at the time!
Keith and Julianna rode in the tow truck to the car place then the guy from the car place drove them back to our house for the passat.
Not one sole rolled eyes at me about car seats which made my day lol! (the tow truck had a back seat but only two seatbelts, and so Julianna rode in her parkway in the back , and Keith was up front... I hung out with FIona and Nolan (cause Keith can not instal car seats so he couldnt transport them from firestone to the house)
Anyhow only thing that made me mad is we were a 7 minute drive from his work party, and not a single person from his company would come pick up the kids and I on the side of the road and bring us there just so we could get out off the side of the road.. Keith is pretty bent out of shape about that, he says he would have gone for someone in that situation in a heartbeat. I would have maybe considered trying to walk had I not had the car seats and knew the area AT all.
Anyways as for the onside air I am pretty excited, I am not sure I can get action shots cause Nolan is pretty against getting buckled up in a car seat unless we are going somewhere in the car, but Fiona might be bribed into it for a pic! lol
