Best website or video explaining benefits of harnessed seats

I have a friend from high school on FB who has 3 daughters-- one just turned 4, one is 3, and the baby is 10 months, and they are all skinny little things. She had pics of all 3 kids on their recent road trip. The 4 year old was in a backless booster, the 3 year old was in a highback booster, and the 10 month old was still in her infant seat. The caption of the baby in her infant seat said something about how sad it is that she still has to face backwards! I posted something about the baby and how the AAP recommends rf'ing till 2 and then posted the link to that new rf'ing video that's good. I really want to post something about how it's safer for the older two to be harnessed, but I'm not sure what to say. What's the best website or video that has the best info on extended harnessing? I think a link to something would be good.

I ended up posting the Belle's Gift video and a short 2 sentences or so about how most techs wouldn't recommend a booster for a child under 5 years and 40lbs and that a 5-pt harness is safest until then. My one friend thought I was being too harsh and that I should send her a private message instead so I didn't embarrass her. She also thought I should remove the Belle's Gift video as it was "way too over the top." I disagreed and kept my original comment. Well, it looks like it had an impact as this is what my friend posted today after seeing my comment and video:

"Thanks for the info Latia! We actually have 5 point harness seats built into
our mini-van seats, and that's what the girls usually ride in, but we used
the boosters on vacation with the rental car (not a wise choice as I see
now) Lily has been using a booster with a back, but I think I will
re-install the Britax convertible now. Thank you again!"
