So what do you with children between 29" and 34"?
Target gets an 'A' for effort for at least trying. This is more than I've seen in even BRU.
Didn't you know - those are the kids that are allowed loose throughout the car - they get those defined 5 inches to run about without and restraints. Now, if you see one shorter or taller than that - they have to be in some sort of seat, so that's when you call the police to report them
