I used to nanny for a little girl who had one. It was awful. It was very hard to install (although, her parents were the type to just run the seatbelt over the seat, tighten it a bit, and call it done, but I always had to fight to get it in to my satisfaction). She outgrew it pretty early, too. As convenient as they sound, I would never buy one or use one.
