Rear face install question.

Hello! We are having a bit of a dilemma with our Radian 65 and getting it installed in our 2004 Kia Sedona. My dh has it in there very well, but I am almost sitting on the dash. :( Can we sit the seat up a bit more? He says there are little removable tabs on the detatchable base, but I wanted to ask before giving the all clear. Also, we have twins, once the other twin catches up, what seat would take up less room rear facing, as installing behind the driver with the seat so far foward is not an option, as my dh is over 6ft tall. Thank you for any help you can offer!

Pics would be great.. and if you can force it more upright (the Radian is tough sometimes) the best way to do it is usually to pull it outwards a bit from the crack of the seat, then force it down into the seat cushion while you tighten the belt. Usually from about 7-9m and up, kids can be quite a bit more upright than the 45 degree angle recommended for newborns--up to about 30 degrees is appropriate for older infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (in most seats).

I agree pics would be great. How many kids do you have total? You might need to install 1 or both in 3rd row to create more room for yourselves, if the 3rd row is not being used.

I will try and get some pics today, we've just moved and the cord for the camera is still missing, lol. I have 3 kids. The other twin is in his Perego bucket still and I have a 5 year old in the 3rd row in a SK Monteray. We could switch them around if needed, but getting them both into the very back would be difficult, there's not alot of room back there. I'll get back with pics! Thank you!
