Frontier85 Armrest Broke

I leaned over to grab his sippy cup and SNAP! The dumb thing is only affixed by a little plastic washer type thing. Britax is closed, but Diapers.com, where I bought it, is calling them Monday. I don't want it repaired, I want it replaced. Even with a repair kit, it's gonna happen again if it's the same dumb little piece of plastic. I bought it in May. I'm hoping I have a better chance of this through D.com, than Britax so I can order a different seat. Honestly, I didn't love this seat to begin with. A lot of plastic, not very cushy, the cupholders take up a lot of the seat.

What would my other options be? He's 3.5, so I *think* I want something that will eventually turn into a booster. Ideas?

The Graco Nautilus (GN) is the next combination seat (meaning it converts into a booster) that still has a high top slot. The Frontier measures about 19.5, the GN measures about 18.5. It turns into a fairly decent booster.

Now, regarding your Frontier, this isn't the first time this has happened. I'll have to do some researching to see what Britax's "fix" for it was.
Edited to add: Firemomof3 chimed in, she mentions the fix is an armrest with thicker plastic. :)

Same thing happened to mine. Just call Britax Monday and they'll send you 2 replacement arm rests that have a thicker piece of plastic (the washer type thing).
If you do decide you hate the Frontier I would recommend trying the Recaro ProSport :)

I second the replacement arms. Same thing happened to us as well and the new ones were an easy fix. However, we love our seat!
