HBB or NBB...

I am starting to do some drop-in care in my home. Tomorrow I have a 7 yr old for the morning. We are going to go to the aquarium. I have a TB (with screws), do 7 yr olds do better in HBB or are they okay in NBB? He seems to be of average height and weight, very well behaved so I don't think leaning out of the belt will be an issue at all.
