$ is not an issue just trying to decide between the 2 for my 4 yro about 35 lbs & 42 in tall

she is currently in a Boulevard but we want to pass that seat onto baby & go ahead & move her into the next step seat

it will be used in 3rd row of '01 Odyssey (hopefully)
what do you recommend? pros/cons?

Since money isn't a factor I'd get the frontier. I have the 80 version and it installs very well in the third row of our '06 ody. I tried the Nautilus first with dd1. She has broad shoulders and was squished in it. She also had head slumping. So I returned it and bought the frontier.

If your dd is a car sleeper, I would definitely go with the Frontier! My boys had horrid head slump in the Nautilus and don't at all in the Frontier 85. My 4yo definitely prefers his Fontier, he says the Nautilus hurts his neck.

Also the FR85 has a 9 yr life vs 6 on the GN and it makes a great booster!

Those that have had both, can you fit the Frontier in the same space as the Nautilus? The Nautilus fits in my configurations, but just barely. Then again, the low base of the frontier will probably help it puzzle....
