The more processed something is, the less protein it will have (generally), so white grains, not whole grains would be lower in protein.
Fruits and veggies -- wow, there are so many! At least she has some variety!

You can also use Ener-G Egg Replacer instead of eggs in baking recipes. That will lower the protein content.

Ener G Egg Replacer isn't eggs, it's a powder that acts like eggs in a recipe.
