Add Top Teather Achors to an MPV in 3rd row? And RFing in either 2nd or 3rd rows?

We're doing research for a purchase for the Fall. I've read a bunch of threads here regarding 3rd row TAs and seating options. It looks like an '06-'08 Sienna/Ody are going to be what we're looking for, but I wanted to confirm some info on the Mazda MPV. I'd prefer the smaller size and budget on an '05-'06 MPV if I can safely accommodate our seating needs. Can TA be added to the 3rd row of an MPV? I have read that they can be added for the 2nd row but it only talked about outboard.

Ideally I'd like the following configuration if it can be worked.
2nd row:DD2 passenger outboard and DS in the other seat pushed to the middle for access to the 3rd row.
3rd row: DD1 and the infant bucket

6.5yo 45# DD riding FFing in a Radian 65
4yo 30# DD riding FFing in a Graco Nautilus
17mo 21# DS RFing in a Combi Coccoro
I need to add a 2nd RFing seat for the baby I'll be babysitting in the Fall. While I can turn DS, I'd prefer not to, but having the option to have him and DD1 ffing in the 3rd row would be nice for the Spring when he'll mostly likely need to be turned

There are three tether (not 'teather') anchors in a 2006 Mazda MPV. They are located in the two middle row seats, and the center seating position of the third row.

You cannot add more tether anchors, so you should not put a forward facing child outboard in the third row.

You may be able to fit your forward facing Radian in the center position with the infant seat next to it outboard.
