What's wrong with my TB?

The back keeps falling, doesn't want to lock into place. Wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't cost so much, but it did. I've only had it since winter and hardly ever use it. Is this something covered under a warrenty? I think I registered it.

I don't think they actually lock in place. Every TB I've ever had always fell when I picked it up.

Are you talking about the whole back portion or just the headrest? The headrest should stay put and if it doesn't, then it is defective, and graco should send you a new back. If you are complaining about sitting the turbo outside of the vehicle and the back falling backwards, that is completely normal. It is a seat for the car, not for around the house.

Sorry, I meant raising it up and down for the different shoulder belt levels.

Yes, the headrest. I will put it where it supposed to go and it doesn't lock, then it go down to a lower level and lock, by the time we get out of the car it will be on the lowest level.
