one parent, 2 kids, 2 carseats, and airplanes?

I'm really very comfy with the idea of flying with my daughter, her seat, and doing fine. We've flown a ton in her 2 yrs, big long scary flights to HI even.

But now I have a new infant, and well, dh and I decided that I might as well figure it out sooner than later.. since I'll have to travel with both of them at some point.

So here's the plan for Easter... since ds is so little and hates the car, I'm flying both ways to family. Dh is driving both ways, and dd will drive in, fly home.

The gear we have:
Snugride, Wizard, Scenara.
I plan to order a Radian soon, but not sure if it'll be before this trip.
Chicco London Stroller
Car seat bag
plenty of slings and carriers
one small bag to check, one small bag to carryon, everything else will go with dh.

So far my plan:
Send dd and dh in the van, with the Wiz and some other seat installed, take ds with me in either the snugride or scenara..

The scenara fits really well in the stroller and it's super light. I have no idea if the snugride will sit in the stroller (either way, I'd sling him, not trusting a stroller/carseat option like that to hold a baby safely).

But I have to come home! I think the easiest setup for coming home is to use the bucket and the scenara, but I can't figure out HOW.

2 kids and 1 carseat I am pretty sure I can handle, I just don't know how to lug 2 seats.

Possible options include putting the scenara on the stroller and if I have the Radian in time, putting it on the back of the stroller in a backpack.

Any other ideas?
Ds will go in a sling, dd will hopefully walk. I have yet to try putting her on my back and him in a sling at the same time, though I know it can be done. Ergo and ? something for him...

Wow - what a challenge! Here are my thoughts:

- get a GoGo Kidz Travelmate and attach it to either the Scenera or Wizard with DD in it

- find something else to lug the carrier in (carseat bag with shoulder/backpack straps or wheels?) and carry DS in sling

Do you think that would work?
