Question What would be easier for "normal" people to use?

By normal I mean not too into carseats

I currently have 2 RSTV that i bought for the girls to use in the babysitters car, before i dropped the class I needed a babysitter for

I am going to move Kamille to a booster probably near her birthday. Sometime after that, there will probably be a few times where I will need some not so seat savy people to transport the girls. Lexi will be 4.5 by then, but I dont want to put her in a booster in this situation (I plan to keep her harnessed until close to 6, Like Kamille). Would you think it would be easier for someone to have them both in the RSTVs, or Kamille in a booster and Lexi in the RSTV? Or would it be better to install a seat for Lexi, and a booster for Kamille? I am not sure who the person transporting the children will be, either my in-laws or possibly my mom, grandma, or SIL. Just thinking ahead, trying to decide if I have a reason to keep one or both of the RSTV.

I would probably put both in a RSTV. Then you just have to teach them how to use one restraint, not two, and it's more convenient. Could you teach your DD's how to put them on, so they can tell the person if they're using it wrong?

My 5 1/2 yo can tell you how the RSTV is supposed to be buckled, so I would teach your kiddos and you should be fine with those.

Thanks. The more I am thinking about it, the more i think that is what I will do. i also like having them for car trouble/friends car situations instead of uninstalling seats from my car. The only reason to do it any different is if it is my grandma then. I think if she ends up needing to drive them, I'll install a seat for Lexi and a booster for Kamille. Either Lexi will be able to buckle herself by then (she is lazy, Kamille could do it at 2.5, Lexi doesnt try) or Kamille can buckle her. Grandma has had multiple surgeries on her hands and that way the girls could do all of it.
