I think this freaked me out more than the kids in improperly installed seats. I saw a man and a TODDLER on a motorcycle. The kid was at least wearing a bicycle helmet. But of course this meant that the dad was using one arm to hold the kid, only leaving one arm to drive the bike. The kid couldn't have been any older than 3.

wow that is really scary. Not safe at all. And that has to be ilegal. poor child

Scary.

I rode on my dad's motorcycle when I was about 6, down our street and back again. With a helmet. And I was old enough/big enough to hang onto him myself. But still, not safe, and not something I would approve for my own child.

i probably would have called the police....theres no way that is legal (atleast not here in vegas) i had to call once because some idiot had like 4 kids under 12 (they looked that age atleast) in the back of his pickup on the FREEWAY!

I saw a dad with a small kid weaving in and out of traffic one time on a motorcycle. The poor kid was probably 4 or younger and had a backpack on his back. He could barely hold on too and it broke my heart. I didn't have a cell phone at the time, but I do now and if I see it again 1800TELL CHP here I come!!!
