Britax Foam Question

How is it broken and where? I would call Britax...maybe then can send a replacement...I broke my foam once installing it, and just took it back to BRU...But definately call Britax and see what they say:)

It's broken on the side, in two places. The break goes all the way to the black thing. I'll call tomorrow. It's actually a backup seat, I wouldn't have noticed it but I was cleaning the cover. Yikes!
