I was getting off the highwaY today and I was stopped waiting to enter the road. When/the car behind me hit me. It was not hard at all, he was either stopped and then let go of the breaks, or slowing down close to stopping. Almost no damage except. I got a tiny hole from the bolt on his license plate holder. Of course I had all 4 seats in the car because I brought kids from tball today. The two seats in use were a regent and a ma. I also had a radian and a turbobooster iin there.

Technically, according to manufacturers, your Radian and Turbo need to be replaced, but the Britaxes are okay since your airbags didn't go off, part of the car closest to the seat wasn't damaged, and you could drive away. (Someone please correct me here if I'm wrong, just going off the top of my head).

I think Sunshine Kids has a replacement program. The insurance company should replace the Turbo.

Since it was so minor with no damage, I'm going to tell you it's your parental choice to replace or not (at risk of flames here). I would be okay with either personally.

If you are involving insurance, may as well ask them to replace the Turbo per manufacturer instructions. They may or may not agree to do it since the seat was not occupied.

Like the (former) Britax replacement program, the Sunshine Kids replacement program is research, not customer service. They do not promise to replace seats after any crash -- it's not part of the warranty. They do want to study some seats that have been crashed, so if the crash is of interest to them, they will send you a new seat in exchange for the crashed seat. Of course I can't know, but I'm guessing a bumper bump probably wouldn't be of interest.
