Newborns in carseats picture thread

Please post your pictures of Newborns in seats! I have two children but I have no pictures of my babies as newborns in carseats. I hope this thread will become a refrence for people deciding on a seat for their newborn.

Tell us what seat, how old the baby is and what the baby weighs.

This is my dd2 in a Keyfit. She is about 36 hours old and around 7 lbs 11 ounces. She definitely fit great!

I don't think I have any of DS on the computer.

Here's my nephew in his Radian though. He was 3 days old and about 7lbs. He looks so tiny in it! (He's almost 5 months now and a MOOSE so I'm glad I got him the 80SL.)

I always want another baby, but yeah, threads like this don't make it any better!

Coccoro threads tend to do that to me too because if I had another, that's exactly what I'd get.

DS - Evenflo Embrace, 2 days old, birthweight was 5lbs5oz, discharge weight was 5lbs1oz (although it was done more than 12 hours before we left, so he could have been even less). (we borrowed the seat because we knew he wouldn't fit in the snugride and hated it!) He was 19 inches long.

ETA: we did put support around him so he fit better, but this is a picture of him in the seat as is

2 days old. SR 35. Birth weight was 7 14 but he was discharged at 7 3 (and probably less as he was weighed 15+hrs before we left).

Here is my YDD at 2 days old in an old 20lb SR. She was 7 14 at birth, discharged at 7 1 (and again, likely less in the pic).

DS's first car ride - 2 days old. Born at 10.1 lbs, 21.5"
Snugride 22 (I *think - whatever the typical store-shelf snugride was in 2006).

Ds2- about a week old. Was born at 8 lbs 7 oz, so was probably right about back to that in this pic. Was 20 inches at birth?

ETA- this is a Safeseat 1- 30 pound limit

Here's DS in his snugride (20lbs limit). He was 10 lbs 7.5 ozs/22 inches at birth and around 10 lbs 3 ozs when we left the hospital at 4 days old. He outgrew the seat by height at 4 months old. The only newborn pics I have of DD2 in the snugride have the winter cover over the seat but she was around 7 lbs 15 ozs when she left the hospital and she fit in the seat nicely

and here's DD2 in her safseat (30lbs limit) She was 8 lbs 3 ozs at birth and around 7 lbs 11 ozs when she left the hospital at 5 days old.

Here is my nephew. He was 9 lbs, 8 oz at birth, unsure of discharge weight. His seat is a 22 lb Baby Trend Flex Loc.

Great pics everyone! Keep them comming! I'm especially looking forward to seeing more pictures of convertable seats. We're still missing the TrueFit, MyRide, Coccoro and... am I missing one? What other seat fits an average newborn?
