Yet another who sits where

Going to the museum next week and taking 6  kids with me. 4 6 year olds, 1 4 year old and 1 10 year old (who is the size of a 12 year old and taller than I am).

I have a Highlander with a fold away 3rd row that I can fit 2 turbos on. C will be in his Radian, and I think I can fit at least one more booster on the 2nd row and A can use his RSTV where ever I need more room. Someone will have to go in front. But who? The oldest if she passes the 5 step test in front ? (And the front is much easier to pass in my car than the backseat due to the shoulder belt height.) A in his RSTV if it doesn't trigger the airbag sensor? C in his radian (not my preferred option). So, who would you put where? (I could put one of A's friends in a harnessed seat but uh, don't really want the mutiny on my hands!)

I would opt for the oldest if she fits. That is just my personal opinion.

I'd put the tall 10 y/o in front. If that's not an option for whatever reason, I'd put a 6 y/o in a RSTV in front.
