They're about the same height, so a more reclined TF, whatever the numbers, will be slightly bigger front to back than a more upright Radian.

I disagree- I think a TF has the potential to take up less room because of how it is shaped in the back. It doesn't go straight back in a line- the back park kind of angles up, giving more room.

I agree. Today on my lunch hour I wasn't hungry and had to get out of the office but didn't feel like driving around in the 100+ degree heat, so I went to my car in the parking garage and re-installed my two TFP's. Somehow I got the one behind the passenger seat nice and upright and there seems to be much more room behind the seat now. In fact, when I saw it I was thinking to myself that I need to take a pic when I get home and post it!

When I had my RN, I never had as much room behind the passenger as I do with this TFP.

Honestly, the difference between 5 degrees isn't much. Given the overall shape of the TF versus the Radian I would say the TF would take up slightly less room, or at least give the option to go to 35 degrees with little effort. The Radian is such a static seat. It does what it wants, mostly.

What vehicle?

What vehichle?

LOL - a Dodge Caliber, the most family unfriendly care ever!! But it gets awesome gas mileage, and working 1 1/2 hours from where I live that is a BIG consideration.
