Retrofitting Lap/Shoulder belts in classic car

Move if needed - not sure where this belongs. We have a 1972 Plymouth Cuda and would like to install lap/shoulder belts in the back so the girls could ride with us (to install car seats now but later on down the road they'll be needed for boosters). There are seatbelts in the front (the originals, so probably too old to be really safe) but none in the backseat. Any ideas where to go to have this done? Do dealerships do it? Can it be done? TIA!

Re: Retrofitting Lap/Shoulder belts in classic car

I found a file that lists some of the retrofit kits available by manufacturer:
    http://www.tntrafficsafety.org/pdf/Retro.pdf

Though didn't see your vehicle listed in the Plymouth section. That doesn't mean that a kit doesn't exist though. Call around to some of the Plymouth car clubs or body shops to ask around.
