What convertible would you choose for a 4 month old?

One of my best friends called this morning and asked me to choose her baby's new seat. When she bought her infant seat, I offered some suggestions which she ignored and she has hated her infant seat from day 1. Holly's husband has listened to her complaints and has said they will go with whatever I recommend up to a $200 budget.
They also drive a newer suburban with captains chairs. Baby A will ride there. Baby A is chunky and weighs 14 lbs at 3 months. I expect him to slim up some once he gets mobile. Their older kids are tall, but seem to be leggy rather than torso tall. Ideally, this will be the only convertible they purchase so I would rather go with a 65lb seat than a 50 lb seat because I have a short torso kid who still fits in the EFTA by height but is 52 lbs and I don't want that to happen for them.
I expect them to rf to age 2 so a 35 lb limit would be fine.
What seat would you recommend?
The radian is slightly over their budget and it really is more difficult to install than I think they will want.
I thought about the new evenflo seat but didn't know which one. I toyed with the idea of a TF but the adjuster gets buried which is a pain. It is doable and offers a lot of leg room.
I have never used a myride but thought about that as well.
Anyway, What seat would get your recommendation?

If you don't want a True Fit or a Radian, I'd look at the My Ride, Evenflo Momentum, and Evenflo Triumph Advance 65 (if they can wait, it's not quite out yet). All rear face to 40 pounds and forward face to 65.

You can get the Radian for under $200.00 with a little research. The ETA65 is available online at BRU for $149.99.
