Is this a good seat? I was just looking at it and it looks as if it would be a good fit, just curious as I have never heard anything about it.

I have heard it rattles, and that it's hard to buckle.

We're hoping if we ignore it, it will go away (I have one in my shed...it's not good, unfortunately... rattles and is hard to buckle, headwings are 'hard' according to my kids, and it's several inches shorter than the Parkway)
