Question Styrofoam issue with Evenflo Comfortsport

The styrofoam on the back of my Evenflo Comfortsport convertible broke off today. Thankfully we had purchased a MyRide65 anyway so we're good to go but I was wondering if I need to toss it? There's a large chunk of the styrofoam missing but not all of it.

I'm assuming it isn't safe anymore?

Evenflo doesn't make the Comfortsport. Graco does. Is it the Comfortsport, or an Evenflo seat?

You can call Evenflo or Graco and see about getting replacement foam sent out. It would probably cost just a few dollars. I wouldn't use it without. If it's possible to tape it back together you can do that until the new foam arrives.

That was me that posted that. I couldn't remember my username/passwd.

I got the name wrong-it is Graco Comfort Sport. I just wrote to them inquiring about replacement foam but we'll prob just get Mil's Radian and toss these seats.
