new seat?

I'm debating on selling my Signo and getting something else. Currently I use it for a 2 year old that I watch about once a month or so (will be more this summer). I was planning on using it for an infant that I'll be watching 2 days/week when school starts, but it sounds like they don't fit infants well (3 month old). So I will be using our Triumph 5 for the baby until the seat expires the end of next year. We really wanted to use it with a 2nd baby for us, but since who knows will that will happen....

Should I sell the Signo and get a cheap seat that will fit the 2 year old until #2 comes along? That way we could get a 'nice' seat that will last quite a while for #2. What seat would be recommended for a 'cheap' seat. I was thinking either a Scenera or Maestro? Any other suggestions?

If so, I'm not sure what to ask for the Signo. I'm thinking $125-$150 (DOM 10/09). With the new seats out I wasn't sure if it will/would sell for that price. Plus I don't think many people around here would know the name (more expensive seats are few and far between around here).

Thoughts?

No 3 acrosses for us right now. I would love to get both of those seats, but I'm looking for something that I can use just the few times that I have the 2 year old. Then once #2 'happens' I'll look at getting a seat that will last longer (I'm hoping a radian). It all depends on what's out if/when #2 comes around.
