Should I just get the Radians?

We have an Odyssey (2006) with the 8th seat.

We're having our third in December and I have been waiting for the new Britax seats to come out just in case I want them.
But I would really like to have three across and I'm thinking the Radians might be the only way to do that (we plan to get an infant carrier for the first few months, not sure which one though).

So should I just go ahead and buy two Radians for my kids and then the infant carrier in a few months or should I wait for the new Britax seats (I don't think I could fit three across of the new seats).

We have TFPs now and I used to love them but the adjuster doesn't work properly and LC customer service is absolutely terrible (they want me to ship the seats back to them, btw it's $96/seat).

Can you try one first? I have a '10 Ody and the radian is a hassle rfing for me. I have it with latch, but recently spent about 20min trying to see if a belt install was better. I didn't even come close to getting it in tightly. Not willing to say it can't be done- I mostly ran out of time to mess with it. I have super squishy leather seats which might be a lot, if not all of the problem.

ETA: My main issue is that I have trouble keeping the seat off the passenger seat back. It's a no no in the newer Odys. Would not be an issue at all behind the driver (but this is not where I want her seat), and if your passenger is short it's no big deal either. We need to accommodate tall people.
