I know in the US we can get free seats through seat checks and WIC clinics, etc, but what about in Quebec? Is there anywhere to get a free seat for someone with a very low income?

I haven't heard of any programs specially for seats but just in case contact a CLSC for the area you need and ask. If anyone would know it would be them.
