I got the new Decathlon today. I actually like the pattern more than I thought which is a bonus. But the best part is the DOM.

It has a different feel to it. It makes a sort of clicking sound that the old one never did. I'm not sure if it was redesigned or if the old one was just never working properly. It seems a little stiff, but not bad.

We have only played with it in the house though. Tonight it gets installed (once the babe goes to bed).

Sanna seems to like it. She gave the seat a big hug when I got it out of the box.

Good to hear it's better than the old one! Hopefully the stiffness just needs to be worked out of it. :) And it's so cute that Sanna gave the seat a big hug! :D

I'm sure she is glad to be OUT of that infant seat!
Mine was about five days old when I got it. I swear the plastic was still warm from the mold. Or from Florida heat...:rolleyes:

When I ordered my Husky almost 2 years ago, the DOM was after my order date. I think it was about a week old when I received it at my house.

I got the Tiffany cover. I was kind of afraid I'd hate it, and was really regretting getting a pink seat. But I think it is much prettier in person than online.

We installed it today, but she hasn't ridden in it yet. I can't believe how happy it made me to have a Britax back in the car.

And I neatly collapsed the box and stowed it under the stairs, where it will stay until the seat expires because I never want to try to send it back in a different box again. Well, I never want to send it back, but you know what I mean.

We got a seat made end of October at the beginning of Dec and I thought THAT was cool.....but you've topped that!!!
