Feedback on a flyer I made???

I think I attached it (lol), I've never attached anything before.

It was inspired by this one http://www.imsafe.com/sites/default/files/resources/CPS_English_352.pdf but wasn't happy with it completely.

I'd love some feedback and/or suggestions :)

There is a blank area at the bottom, but I had my contact info there, so it's not going to be blank when complete.

I might be helping to teach Safety Town this summer, I meet with the Officer in charge today, and I'd like to take this with me, along with some more information.

In the rearfacing section, I'd mention that current research suggests rearfacing to age 2. I'd be confused as a new parent that saw that rearfacing seats went to 40+ pounds and then read that boosters can start at 40 pounds.

ETA- or I'd use some of the wording from the original that infants/toddlers should remain rearfacing until the limits of a convertible seat, which now have some models that go up to 45 pounds.

Is this better?

(Edited)

Riding rear facing is the safest way to travel until at least age 2. Children should ride rear facing from birth until they outgrow the rear facing limits of their convertible car seat. There are now convertible car seats that can rear face up to 45 pounds.

Yes, I like that much better. I think uneducated parents would be much more likely to read that and get it.

I think I might steal some language from the AAP statement on breastfeeding and write that RFing is safest to two years "and beyond" -- this establishes 2 years as the minimum but does not imply in any way that it's the maximum.

Oh, I like that!
