This may already be commonplace, but I just figured it out myself... LOL
I was installing my nephew's MR (in the 2nd row of my Caravan where his mom can see him better because the booger keeps trying to escape). Normally, I pull the cover up to pull the belt/LATCH through the belt path and get more slack out and then stuff the cover back between the carseat and the vehicle seat. Then I realized (as I was cursing to myself and thinking "why can't this thing have slits in the cover like the TF??), I could just reach through the hole in the cover that goes around the cup holder. Its stretchy enough to slip the end of the webbing through it and then tighten.
So now, no more stuffing the cover back in place, it can actually stay buttoned onto the seat like my TF.
