Tried out my son in the monterey today. It fit great! He liked it... then we drove away and he piped up and told me he couldn't move his legs like he could in his current booster (parkway) I am thinking it is due to the monterey has more of a slope to the seat and the parkway in more flat. What is your opinion if you have seen both in person? Do you think it will make his legs hurt. We have a 12 hour trip ahead of us for vacation. I am going to either hook a noodle for a foot prop like I have seen on this site or buy a small styrofoam ice chest for him to prop his feet on.

I really need to order a booster soon so I can make sure we get it before leaving on vacation. I waited because I wanted to see pics of the probooster but no one local has it for us to try out and I do not have time to mail it back if it does not fit my car/son.

Thank you in advance for your help. This mom really appreciates it!!!!!

Well that is good news lol

I was looking so much at the fit of the seatbelt I really forgot to look at the total fit. I hate to go back and try it again knowing I am going to order it online.. save me $50.

The Parkway is flat across. Doesn't the Monterey slope a little up towards the edge(back of the knees)? So you don't get that (the booster is throwing me out) feeling?

The parkway is sloped on the front. Tyler felt like he was getting spit out. We tried them 3 different times.

I am ordering the monterey tomorrow. I like the deep side wings too much and the seatbelt fit was perfect. Either an ice chest or the noodle (hopefully) will help or maybe it was just because it was different than what he was in. I am going to have to do some research for the best price our there.
