Hello All!
I had a quick Q for you - we have a Britax blvd CS and are having an ongoing issue with the styrofoam in the head wings. My DD is 19 months old and always pulls them together and pushes them apart while sitting in the seat - I think she feels its a game, or it just keeps her busy...but also when she gets cranky she really pulls them.... We have tried stopping her but there isnt alot I can do while driving. I try to be sure she has snacks or a stuffed toy whatnot...
So the issue is we are now going onto our 4th styrofoam piece - they are costing us $22 bucks a pop shipped from britax. my question is ....is it completely crazy to use it broken? they break in the same place each time (right along the crease straight down break so its in two even pieces) and on one side only. I didnt even know it was broken again until I took the cover off to wash it (Before we would heard the styrofoam snap) DH said we should just glue it.
Otherwise this is gonna get really expensive until we can stop this habit
