CO Booster seat bill

Will be signed tomorrow!!!!!! Children will have to ride in a booster until 8 instead of the previous 6 years of age. I am so excited. I received an email from the senator who introduced the bill today inviting me to the ceremony tomorrow. Too bad I live 3.5 hours away :thumbsdown: I'd LOVE to go!

Yay! I was wondering if that was going to pass or not. I have heard a lot of parents at the school complaining about it :thumbsdown: Honestly, my child is the size of the average third grader around here. Nearly all the kids at the Elementary should be riding in them but don't.

Yeah I have heard complaints too, in my area people break the law as it is. A lot of kids in my sons preschool ride around in nothing

But this will make it easier when arguing with a parent who insists their 6 year old is safe in a seat belt because the law says so.
