We're in the car on the way to the mall (they have an indoor climbing section and it's pouring rain) so I needed to give the kids some running time.

Current set up of the day was a keyfit, rf ma, and a ff xtsl.

Today Zack asked if he could ride backwards like the little kids. The xtsl rfs to 45lbs, today with a full belly he weighed in at 41.5lbs. Note: we're booster training this kiddo in the van as he rides in nothing in his mom's car.

Since he's interested, would you flip the rn? He's got plenty of shell overhead as he has a pretty short torso.

I would if the other kids were being entertained somewhere safe. But I love flip flopping seats. ;)

Not so much the radian though because there are so many steps to remember. Safestop, FF recline must be down, move the harness, secure all the straps, rethread LATCH strap, RF tether & d-ring if you're using it.......KWIM? There are other seats I'd rather flip around. :p

ok super. The ma and rn puzzle amazingly facing the same direction but opposites they are a pitb. I have no problem switching it. But I told him after he tried it backwards I would not switch it every day, and he would have to pick one way for at least that week.

I suppose I was asking because he's almost 6.

hey it fit GREAT!!! I could actually fit in the FRN 85 in harnessed mode if my boobs weren't so big and I was over the weight limit. Makes an awesome booster though.
