Question Lower anchor clips on an older Eddie Bauer.

This is a totally random question but I was just wondering about it.

I just got an Eddie Bauer 3/1 out of the basement to trash. It was DS first seat after his infant seat.
It is a Canadian model DOM 02/23/04 and was one of the last of the older models to RF to 35lb/ FF to 40lbs before the switch to RF 30lbs. It is also one of the recalled seats that had a harness issue when FF.

I just noticed that it has the nice lower LATCH clips like Britax. Is this normal on Cosco seats? It is the only Cosco seat I have owned. I know I have had the top tether replaced when the original broke but never had the lower tether anchors replaced.

I don't think that's ISOFIX LATCH I think it's the push-on connectors that she means. ;)

It's an Eddie Bauer seat, so higher trim level. Like the ETA, there are different trim levels with different features on the Dorel 3 in 1s. :)

Thanks. I hadn't used that seat in a couple of years so it threw me to see the "nice" clips on it.

I believe what the name I was asking about is called Alligator clips. Sorry if it was not clear I don't hang out on the seat area part of the board anymore unless I am in the market for a new seats and what I did know about is starting to go.

I just did a seat check with the same seat and same UAS connectors, kind of threw me off for a second.

You might call dorel about the expiration. I've heard that they retroactively made th 3 in 1s good for 8 years.

I know the complete air comes with the alligator clips.
