I purchased 2 Happy Heiny's to use on my dd (3.5 yrs). She has been wetting her pullups 5 nights out of the week, and they were giving her a rash whether she was wetting them or not, so I decided to take the plunge into cloth. The first night it worked great - Happy Heiny pocket diaper stuffed with two microfiber inserts. Last night we did the same, except the inserts were 1 Swaddlebees Hemp insert and one microfiber insert. She woke up at 2 am and her side was wet. She's mainly a side sleeper. So, she went to the potty and we put on a disposable pull up. She woke up this morning with that wet, too.
She used to be "nighttime trained", but then regressed when we moved. The wetting at night has gotten progressively worse over the past couple of weeks. I was tired of this rash she was getting from the pull ups, so we switched to cloth - which has worked as far as the rash goes. I just don't know how to keep her dry! Is there a cloth diaper that works better than others for side sleepers? Or is there somthing I'm not doing right?
Thanks!!!
